Rohini Brahma

Rohini is an MBA from FMS (Faculty of management Studies) at Delhi University, India. She started her career in financial services . She then changed her career track, and joined an Executive Search firm in Delhi, working with clients in diverse industries. Having had the opportunity of being associated with the HR profession, Rohini was keen to gain more experience in this area. She worked with an HR consulting firm and did assignments in competency building, setting up hiring processes etc.

Subsequently, she moved to London, where she worked on part time HR consulting assignments . She is an associate member of the CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development),and is Level 1 registered to use aptitude tests.

She feels fortunate to have had the chance to live in India, UK & Singapore, and work in different functions. Rohini is now an independant consultant, and is at present looking forward to launching Consulting Tools products in India.
